Distinct Dual Density provides maximum dust loading and dust retention. The coarse, open structure of the white, air entering layer is designed for depth loading. The orange, dense downstream layer prevents finer dirt particles from passing through the media.
Unique Dustlok Adhesive uniformly coats one-half of the total fibers (downstream layer) during the actual formation of the media.
Durtlok Renews its Effectiveness by absorbing dust particles into the adhesive, thus trapping them onto the surface of individual fibers.
Dustlok will not Dry Out in use due to the non-volatile chemical composition of its adhesive formulation.
Dustlok will not Migrate. It is an integral part of the media matrix formed during production. Tests conducted at velocities of 900 fpm showed NO migration.
SPOR-AX Antimicrobial is a biocide that effectively controls growth of mold, mildew, algae and fungi on filters. Fiberbond filters with Spor-Ax do not support microbial growth. Spor-Ax will not off gas, migrate or leach into the air stream.
Operating Temperatures UP to 200 F are acceptable with no adverse effect in performance or media integrity.

Fiberbond Rigid Pad, as its name implies, is a rigid sheet of quality polyester media. The Rigid Pad can be easily cut to form a wide range of special sized filters. The most simple method is using a paper cutter. When cut to the desired size, the Rigid Pad forms a self-contained, self-supporting filter, providing 100% effective filtering area. No additional support or chipboard framing is required Rigid Pad provides improved filtration over typical fiberglass or animal hair products.
APPLICATIONS
The applications for the new Rigid Pad are innumerable. High volume users like motels, fast food chains, hotels, using unique size filters can substantially reduce replacement costs. The low resistance allows the pad to be used where the resistance of standard polyesters are too high for specific applications. The rigidity of the pad offers a lower cost substitute for special size throwaways, panels and pleats with substantially improved performance over glass. SPOR-AX is a proven, highly-effective antimicrobial that stops the growth of a broad range of mold, mildew and bacteria. SPOR-AX is mechanically bonded in the binder during manufacture of the filter media at Fiberbond. SPOR-AX will not off-gas, migrate or leach into the air stream.
Rigid Pads are available in two convenient sizes: 25" x 48" and 36" x 48". The pads are packed flat at 20 pieces per carton.

DUSTLOK Polyester Auto Roll Media is manufactured by FIBERBOND assuring consistent quality. The media, produced by the air-laid process, is uniform in appearance, high in resiliency, non-directional in strength, and reinforced with a polyester scrim backing. Dustlok adhesive, which is non-drying and non-migratory, is an integral part of the web formation, providing maximum entrapment and retention of air-borne contaminants. Independent testing shows an 85% dust arrestance.
In addition, Spor-Ax Antimicrobial effectively controls the growth of mold, algae, mildew, and fungi on filters. Fiberbond filters with Spor-Ax do not support the growth of microbes.
